Josh obtained his Bachelor of Dentistry (Honours) from the University of Sydney in 2008. The focus of his advanced studies and clinical practice has been in implant and aesthetic dentistry. He particularly enjoys restoring and rebuilding peoples smiles.

In 2014 he completed a three year Master of Science in Aesthetic Dentistry at King’s College London, graduating with the award of Distinction. The focus of his dissertation was on dental implantology, a particular area of interest for Josh in which he and his colleague Lester Clifford mentor University of Sydney implant diploma students. He has a particular interest and focus of his work on the surgical aspect of implant dentist. He also places implants for several practices.

Josh was awarded Fellowship of The International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI) in 2012, in recognition of his proficiency in implants at an international level.

In 2015 he was awarded Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (MFGDP RCS England).

In 2023 he was awarded Fellowship of the International College of Dentists.

Prior to dentistry he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy (Honours). Between his science and dental studies he worked as a ski instructor for five years in Colorado.

Josh’s calm gentle nature makes him easily approachable, and helps his patients feel at ease.  Josh enjoys spending time with his young family and skiing (or at least dreaming of it) and inspiring a passion for skiing in his four young children.
